Will I lose weight by eating Xengevity meals?

Do you have a meal plan for diabetics?

XenBistro meals meet the standards of the American Diabetic Association, and are well balanced with an adequate amount of carbohydrates and protein with each meal. The portion control provided by the meals makes counting and controlling carbohydrates, even easier. For meals even lower in carbohydrates try the low-carb meal plan.

 

How do I decide between the low-fat or low-carb Xengevity meal plans?
The XenBistro meals are low in fat and saturated fat, and it is known that fat has been linked to raising blood cholesterol levels. XenBistro meals supply a generous amount of fruits and vegetables, which provide fiber an added benefit in reducing blood cholesterol levels.

Director of Dietary Standards

He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Health Promotion and Education and earned his Master’s of Science in Nutrition from the University of Utah in 2004 and 2007 respectively. He is a current member of the American Dietetic Association and active member in the community. Mr. Cottle plays a role in community-wide education as a full-time faculty member of Utah Career College where he teaches in its Health and Exercise Science bachelor degree programs. He continues to instruct group fitness classes for local gyms across the Salt Lake Valley and has been doing so for over 5 years. His love for exercise and food along with his expertise in the industry contribute to the success of Xengevity. He maintains his personal training and group fitness certifications through the American Council on Exercise.

Rebecca Mohning MS, RD
Dietitian

Rebecca is a registered dietitian and an exercise physiologist who believes that we can change our metabolism and achieve optimal health through proper nutrition and regular exercise.

She has a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics from Iowa State University. She is a certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine.
She specializes in weight management, performance nutrition, and eating disorders.
